StayCasino has a licence we could verify, AUD accounts, no casino fees on payments and a welcome bonus where wagering applies to the bonus only. Two things hold it back for Australian players: there’s no PayID, and there are no Aristocrat, IGT or Ainsworth pokies. StayCasino is run by Metlait SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-911867), and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence No. 0000064. On 21 October 2026 we checked the licence on the regulator’s own validator at validate.thetgc.ca, and its operating status was VALID.
The Tobique Gaming Commission is a regulator based in the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada. If a complaint to StayCasino goes nowhere, its terms name EGIS, an independent dispute resolution service working under the commission’s rules, as the next step (T&C 15.5).
Only two web addresses are registered on the licence: staycasino.com and staycasino5.com. Search results also show look-alike domains with “stay casino” in the name. They aren’t on the licence, so don’t sign up or log in through them.
Like every casino on PokiesLAB, StayCasino is licensed offshore, not in Australia. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, offering online casino games to Australians is prohibited for operators, so there is no Australian regulator to complain to if something goes wrong. That’s why we test withdrawals ourselves.

You can play without uploading documents, but you’ll need to verify your identity before you withdraw. StayCasino can ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method, and may also verify you by phone or video call (T&C 9.3, 9.5, 11.2). Reply quickly: if StayCasino can’t reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, it locks the account and cancels the withdrawal (T&C 8.4).
The welcome pack runs over your first five deposits of $30 or more, with a mystery bonus on the sixth. StayCasino sells it as “$5,000 + 350 free spins”, yet the five matches in its own terms come to $4,000, plus the 350 spins.

StayCasino doesn’t support PayID, POLi or Neosurf, and Skrill and Neteller aren’t available to Australians either.
StayCasino’s payments page promotes credit cards. We’d use a debit card or another method: gambling with borrowed money is the fastest way into debt, which is why Australia banned credit card payments for licensed online wagering in 2024.
Crypto deposits are accepted in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and several other coins. StayCasino asks Bitcoin players to verify their age with ID before they can deposit or play (T&C 2.7).
StayCasino’s lobby lists 16,034 games, including 13,158 pokies from 143 studios. We checked the lobby from outside Australia, and Australian players will see fewer: StayCasino’s own terms say NetEnt games aren’t available in Australia (T&C 3.3). The biggest pokie studios in the lobby include Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, VoltEnt, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming and Endorphina.

Two caveats from StayCasino’s own policy: deposit limits can’t always stop crypto deposits, and the help organisations it lists are British and international ones, with no Australian service on the list.
On paper, StayCasino gets the basics right: a licence we could verify, AUD accounts, no casino fees and a bonus with wagering on the bonus only. The welcome pack is smaller than the $5,000 headline suggests, the seven-day wagering window is tight, and the lack of PayID and Aristocrat pokies will rule it out for a lot of Australian players.
