Until we’ve confirmed PayID with a real Australian account, we don’t list Spin Samurai as a PayID casino.
Spin Samurai’s terms accept credit cards. We wouldn’t use one. Since 2024, Australian-licensed betting sites haven’t been allowed to take credit cards at all, and for good reason: losing borrowed money is how gambling turns into debt.
Spin Samurai pokies and games
The lobby we saw lists about 12,300 games from 114 studios, including more than 10,700 pokies, around 4,800 bonus-buy games and more than 650 live games. We checked it from outside Australia, and Spin Samurai’s terms say game availability depends on the country (T&C 3.1), so Australian players may see a different selection. NetEnt, Microgaming and Amatic games are blocked for Australia under the terms (T&C 3.3, 3.4).
Where are the Aristocrat pokies?
There are none, and no IGT or Ainsworth games either. Ainsworth is listed as a studio but has zero games. We searched for Where’s the Gold, 5 Dragons, Dragon Link, Lightning Link and Big Red and got no results. The only Queen of the Nile is a Popiplay game with the same name.
Want those games specifically? We have free demos of Lightning Link, Queen of the Nile, Big Red and Where’s the Gold on PokiesLAB, no account needed.
Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO
Spin Samurai’s Australian homepage names Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza and Book of Dead as favourites, but none of them came up when we searched the lobby, and Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO aren’t in its list of studios. We’ll check again with an Australian account. Until then, don’t sign up expecting those games.
What you will find
The biggest studios in the lobby are KA Gaming, Spinomenal, VoltEnt, Amusnet, BGaming, Evoplay, BetSoft, Endorphina and Hacksaw Gaming. BGaming titles such as Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, Aloha King Elvis and Wild Chicago are all there.
Live casino
The lobby lists more than 650 live games, most of them from Evolution. Live games don’t count towards bonus wagering. We haven’t yet checked which tables are open to Australian accounts.
Mobile site and app
Spin Samurai’s app is a web app: you install it from the site with an Install button on Windows, macOS, Android or iPhone, rather than from Google Play or the App Store. Installing it earns a batch of free spins. We haven’t installed it yet.
Customer support
Spin Samurai offers live chat, email ([email protected]) and a contact form, and its FAQ says it’s open 24/7. To close your account you have to email [email protected], because requests made in chat aren’t actioned. During our test we’ll ask support a withdrawal question and note how long it takes to reach a real person.
Limits and self-exclusion
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly or monthly. They don’t cover crypto deposits.
- Loss and wager limits.
- Session limit: a time cap on each session.
- Cooling-off period: a temporary break from deposits and promotions. Crypto deposits aren’t covered.
- Self-exclusion: for a set time or permanently, by contacting support.
One gap: the help services Spin Samurai’s policy points to are all British or international, with nothing Australian.
Fine print worth knowing
- Winnings cap. €5,000 in total from your first three deposits (T&C 11.7).
- VPNs. Playing through a VPN to hide where you are is banned, and Spin Samurai can suspend the account and keep the winnings (T&C 3.2, 9.3).
- One account per household. Two accounts with the same home address, IP address or device count as duplicates. Spin Samurai can close them and void the winnings (T&C 8.1).
- Account suspensions. Spin Samurai can suspend an account based on its own risk assessment without telling you the specific reason (T&C 9.3).
- Dormant accounts. Leave the account untouched for a year and Spin Samurai can start taking €25 a month from your balance (T&C 12.1).
- Disputes. You have a year to raise a claim, and disputes are settled by arbitration in Costa Rica (T&C 13, 17).

Our verdict
Spin Samurai gets several things right: a licence we could verify, a welcome pack that matches its own terms, wagering on the bonus only, and more responsible gambling tools than most, including a session limit. But the €5,000 cap on winnings from your first three deposits, the rule that every deposit has to be played through three times, and the $1,500 daily withdrawal limit make it a weak choice for anyone hoping for a big early win. Add the missing Aristocrat pokies and the unconfirmed PayID and Pragmatic Play, and it won’t suit many Australian players.
What the terms can’t tell us is how Spin Samurai pays in practice. Our score goes up here once the test withdrawal is done.
Spin Samurai FAQ
Is Spin Samurai legit?
It has a real licence: No. 0000091 from the Tobique Gaming Commission, valid when we checked it on 21 October 2026. Because the licence is offshore, there’s no Australian regulator to turn to.
Does Spin Samurai accept Australian players?
Yes. Australia isn’t a restricted country in its terms, and accounts can be held in AUD. Australians can’t play NetEnt, Microgaming or Amatic games there.
How long do Spin Samurai withdrawals take?
The terms allow up to 72 hours to process an approved withdrawal and up to 3 business days for a bank transfer. Spin Samurai’s Australian homepage claims most withdrawals arrive within 24 hours. We’ll see how that holds up when our test payout comes through.
What is the maximum withdrawal at Spin Samurai?
$1,500 a day, $7,500 a week and $22,500 a month. Winnings from your first three deposits are capped at €5,000 in total.
Does Spin Samurai accept PayID?
We couldn’t confirm it. Spin Samurai doesn’t mention PayID for Australia, and we’ll check it with an Australian account.
Does Spin Samurai have an app?
Yes, a web app you install from the site on Windows, macOS, Android or iPhone. It isn’t in Google Play or the App Store.
