Heart of Vegas is an Aristocrat slot machine with 100 lines, a Las Vegas showgirl theme and a red heart wild, plus free games that add more hearts to the reels as they run, the same format as 50 Lions. It is thinly documented, with no official game page, release year or RTP, and the name is also used by Aristocrat’s social app. The free demo below is a similar Vegas pokie.
Heart of Vegas runs on five reels with 100 lines that pay left to right. Three review sites describe a 5×3 grid, but no primary source confirms it, and the 50 Lions and 100 Lions games it resembles use four rows. One credit pays for two lines, so 50 credits cover all 100; line options are usually given as 2, 20, 50, 80 and 100, though the sets differ from site to site. There is no reliable cash bet range: review sites disagree, and none cites Aristocrat. Aristocrat publishes no RTP either, and on a cabinet the return is a venue setting; the 96% to 96.6% quoted on review sites has no source. There is no official volatility rating, with reviews ranging from low-medium to high, and neither a hit frequency nor a maximum win is published.
Heart of Vegas Pokies Characteristics
Pick the lines and spin; wins need three or more matching symbols from the leftmost reel. The heart is the wild: it appears on reels 2 to 5 only, substitutes for every symbol except the scatter and, according to one review, is rare in the base game. The scatter is a “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign that lands only on reels 1, 2 and 3. Showgirls are the top symbol and land stacked, and a player video of the cabinet shows stacked premiums on every reel, which is how one spin can pay across many lines.
One review says there is no gamble and another lists one without details; Aristocrat cabinets usually have a card gamble, but nothing confirms it here. No credible source mentions a bonus buy or an attached jackpot, and the free games are the only bonus on record.
No verified Heart of Vegas paytable has been published, so the symbols below are ranked without figures.
Three scatters pay a prize on top of the free games, but the amount is not published. Two review sites print five-of-a-kind values, but they disagree on the amounts, the order of the premiums and the unit, and give no three- or four-of-a-kind pays, so we have left them out. Without a confirmed line pay there is no top multiple of the total bet to quote.
Three Las Vegas sign scatters on reels 1, 2 and 3 start the free games, which review sites often call the Heart of Vegas free spins. The most detailed source gives 10 free games at the triggering bet, and on each one another heart wild is added to reels 2 to 5 for the rest of the feature, so the hearts stack up and the last games carry far more wilds than the first. A retrigger adds 5 free games, once only, for a maximum of 15. No multiplier is confirmed: the value comes from the growing wild reels lining up with stacked showgirls and premiums on reel 1.
These details rest on limited sources: one written review, backed by a player video showing stacked wilds on reels 2 to 5 in the bonus. They match the 50 Lions and 100 Lions feature exactly, which makes them believable, but nothing from Aristocrat or a regulator confirms them.
With no published RTP there is no reliable cents-in-the-dollar figure for Heart of Vegas, and a cabinet’s return is a venue setting anyway. The 96% to 96.6% on review sites cannot fill that gap: none of those figures comes from Aristocrat, a regulator or a test lab, and one site prints 96.6% in its specification box while its own text says no RTP rating exists.
Volatility is just as open, but the format shows where the swing sits: if the feature works like 50 Lions, the base game pays mostly through stacked symbols and the free games carry the big results as the wilds build up. At 1 cent a credit, all 100 lines cost 50 cents a spin, so $25 covers 50 spins before any wins come back. Fewer lines make each spin cheaper but leave fewer lines for the extra hearts to complete.
The Heart of Vegas most Australians know is not this pokie but the free social casino app of the same name from Product Madness, the social-gaming studio Aristocrat bought in November 2012. It launched on Facebook in July 2013 as Aristocrat’s first Facebook app, reached the iPad around August 2014 and Android in August 2015, and is a lobby of Aristocrat games, 11 in 2014 and more than 50 now, played with virtual coins for no real money. The 2013 release dates on many Heart of Vegas slots pages almost certainly belong to the app, not the cabinet.
No real-money online version of the pokie is confirmed, and we found no sequel or deluxe edition. The closest relatives in format are 50 Lions and 100 Lions, with the same scatter, wild and extra-wild free games; 100 Lions (2006) was Aristocrat’s first 100-line game with that feature. More Hearts (online in 2013, 25 lines), Heart of Gold and Big Hearted are different Aristocrat games with similar names.
The theme is the Las Vegas Strip as a stage show. A sign styled on the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign is the scatter, a red heart is the wild and showgirls are the top symbol, with a gold necklace, a trumpet, searchlights and a cocktail glass as the premiums and card symbols from 9 to ace below them. Reviews call the art glitzy showbiz; no source describes the sound. It is a land-based cabinet game with no confirmed official online or mobile build. The look is familiar rather than distinctive, and the hearts filling the right-hand reels in the feature are its signature.
No Australian floor presence is confirmed. It is not in the ACT’s 2014 list of approved Aristocrat MK6 games or other ACT instruments checked, no NSW, Queensland or Victorian listing turned up, and the only confirmed cabinet is in California. Playing Heart of Vegas online for real money is not something we can confirm anywhere: no casino game page or Aristocrat release notice shows an online version, and we found it in the lobby of none of the offshore casinos we review for Australians. If a lobby search turns up a Heart of Vegas pokie, check that the provider is Aristocrat. Aristocrat publishes no official free demo. For Heart of Vegas free pokies, the route that exists is the Product Madness app on the Australian App Store, which runs on virtual coins and states that it offers no gambling and no chance to win real money or prizes. Its store text names Lightning Link, Buffalo, 50 Lions and other Aristocrat games, but not a slot called Heart of Vegas.
Heart of Vegas is a 50 Lions-style pokie stretched to 100 lines, and on paper that is a good format: one feature, easy to follow, that gets better the longer it runs. It suits players who like extra-wild free games and the showgirl look. It does not suit anyone who wants a published RTP, a verified paytable or a real-money online version, because none is on record, and no Australian venue is known to run it. If you find a machine, read its help screens first: they are the only reliable source for the pays and the free-games rules.
Aristocrat does not publish one, and on a cabinet it depends on the jurisdiction and the venue. The 96% to 96.6% on review sites has no source.
Land three Las Vegas sign scatters on reels 1, 2 and 3. The most detailed source gives 10 free games, one more heart wild on reels 2 to 5 each game and a single retrigger of 5.
Aristocrat publishes no maximum, and the figures on review sites contradict each other. No progressive or linked jackpot is attached.
The heart lands on reels 2 to 5 and substitutes for everything except the scatter. In the free games more hearts are added to those reels each game, so they stack up.
No Australian venue is confirmed and no real-money online version is on record. The Heart of Vegas app is on the Australian App Store, but it uses virtual coins and pays no real money.
Both: Aristocrat’s 100-line cabinet pokie, seen on a US casino floor, and Product Madness’s free social casino app, launched on Facebook in July 2013, which is a lobby of many Aristocrat games.
